What size dog collar or dog apparel should I purchase?
Many designers’ sizes will vary somewhat, so please measure carefully and order accordingly for each product offered. Measurement is best taken when your dog is standing straight and not lying down. We have included diagrams for your reference.
1) Neck: Measure comfortably the entire distance around the top of the shoulders.
2) Chest: Length in between the two front legs.
3) Topline/Back: Measure the entire distance from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
4) Girth: The entire measurement around the broadest part of the chest or ribcage.

Collars are usually measured from the end of the buckle to the first notch. Clothing should be measured lengthwise from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
If your dog’s measurements fall in between two sizes when referencing a sizing chart, please select the larger size to ensure a comfortable fit. Because dogs are so disproportionate to one another not all items will fit perfectly. To determine the proper size for your dog we encourage you to email us with any sizing questions. We will respond as quickly as possible.
What size dog feeder should I purchase?
Your raised feeder should be positioned as close as possible to 3-6 inches of your pet’s wither height (the top of his/her shoulder).

What size bed should I get for my dog?
The general rule is that your best friend's bed should be bigger and roomy so their legs can stretch out for more comfort. Our advice is that you measure the length of your best friend and add 10-12 inches to obtain the best diameter for the bed. When in doubt, it is best to get the larger bed. Trust us, who likes to sleep with their feet dangling off the bed?
Can I place an order somewhere other than on your website?
Yes, you may call us directly at 480-773-7280. Please include product description, quantity, finish, ship to address and billing address along with credit card number with expiration and return telephone number.

How much is shipping?
Shipping prices vary depending upon a number of factors, such as location, weight, etc. To figure out exact shipping go through the checkout process and you will see a list of shipping methods and prices. It is the sole discretion of Che Bella Dog, or when an item is being shipped directly from the designer, to use the carrier of their choice. All items are traceable and insured for your protection.
Do you ship outside of the continental United States?
No, at this time we ship only within the 48 contiguous states.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card or you may prepay by a check or Money Order.
When will I receive my shipment?
We ship by UPS and US Postal Priority Mail, and make every effort to ship orders out as soon as possible. If the item is in stock, delivery takes between 7-21 days on average. If your item is a custom order, please note that your delivery time may vary. In order to provide our customers with a large selection of merchandise, many items are shipped directly from our suppliers and not kept in stock. As a result, some items may arrive later than the estimated shipping times stated on our web site.
What about backorders?
As soon as we are notified that an item purchased is on backorder, you will be notified via email of an approximate shipping date and will be given the option to wait or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order, a refund for the full purchase price plus any applicable shipping charges will be processed immediately.
When will I get my custom-made item?
Custom-made items are made to order by the manufacturer upon your purchase and can take between 2-12 weeks for delivery. We try to keep our site updated with approximate shipping dates on custom-made items but customers should allow additional shipping time for these items, as shipping times are subject to change. Because these items are made to order, your credit card will be charged at the time of your original purchase. You have 24 hours from the time of your original purchase to cancel or change a custom-made item. Please make sure you cancel or change your order within this time period as we cannot accept returns/exchanges for personalized or custom made items.
What if I need to return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it for an exchange or refund; however, refer to our excluded items on the detailed Return Policy page. Items must be returned in their original condition with all instructions, packing material, etc. Item must be returned within 15 days of postmarked shipping date (Original Shipping Date). Do you have a mail out catalog?
No, we do not offer a retail catalog. We continuously update our online site to provide you with the most up to date information and products.
