Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it for an exchange or refund (please refer to our excluded items below). Returns must be sent back in their original condition, instructions, packing material, etc. on or before the fifteenth (15) day from the original postmark (Original Shipping Date). Before returning any products, email us at info@chebelladog.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. Shipping and handling is not refundable. For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, such as USPS, UPS or FedEx as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. We do not accept any returns via COD. We reserve the right to determine whether the item has been used or washed.
Return Authorization Number (RAN) Required
A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all product returns. Before returning any products, email us at info@chebelladog.com to obtain a RAN. In addition to responding to you with a RAN, we will confirm the address to return your package. The RAN number must be posted on the exterior of the returned package. Any parcel received without a RAN will be refused and returned to the sender. All returns must include the original manufacturers packaging to qualify for an exchange. Please note that exchanges do not include shipping, handing or postage fees, no exceptions.
Items Excluded From The Return Policy:
Apparel, Carriers, Beds, Blankets, Perishables (Treats) – Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on these items. Therefore, please note details, sizes, weight restrictions, etc.. before making your final decision. Please call us at 480-773-7280 if you have any questions.
Plush Toys – Because the type of breed and age plays an important role in a dog's chewing and playing habits, we can not guarantee that any plush toy that we sell will withstand your dog's level of chewing aggression. Therefore, no plush toys are returnable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect, defective or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item is defective. We are NOT responsible for issuing refunds on merchandise due to wear from your pet. We reserve the right to determine whether or not an item returned is due to wear from a pet.
Custom Made Items
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please note details within each item's description under availability. This includes personalization of any kind or anything not offered in our boutique by way of design, color, size, etc.
